My " la Cimbali " lever espresso machine in action:

Delicious espresso coffee pouring out of the portafilter and this already just after a few shots of getting to know this new machine.	This lovely spring lever machine while extracting two espressi. Although I am not a big fan of putting to much steamed milk in an tastful espresso, I have to admit, that the steam power of that commercial lever machine is rather frightening, so ample.

My lever machine looks a little bit naked as the plastic cover is partly missing as well as the metal cover around the spring on the lever group.	More delicious shots produced by this vintage but perfectly workinglever machine.
